The Central Jersey Woodworkers Association normally meets monthly on the second Wednesday of the month (except for July and August) from 7:00PM to 10:00PM at the Old Brick Reformed Church on Route 520 in Marlboro NJ. We welcome new members and guests.

The Central Jersey Woodworkers Association is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization of woodworkers founded for the purpose of providing a resource to the community for the promotion of woodworking and woodworking education at all levels of experience, sharing of information about woodworking techniques, tools, and sources for supplies, and facilitating the exchange of ideas with fellow woodworkers.

We will have our annual Holiday Celebration with food and some live music! Our Holiday Dinner Chair, Anthony Moraes, will be organizing the food list. Any musicians are encouraged to bring thier instruments for a few spirited selections!

Member Rob Hess will be doing a presentation and demonstration on the process of decorative inlays on the instruments he builds. We witnessed some of Rob’s outstanding work in building his string instruments, he will now delve into some techniques for the detail inlay.
Thursday, September 15, 2022 at 2:36PM Our next meeting will be October 12 and will feature a talk by furniture maker Glen Guarino.
Monday, August 29, 2022 at 9:10PM For those members that can’t make it in person, we will again zoom the meeting. Matt Geene will be sending out an invite next weekend before the meeting. Jim Braun will host this meeting as I will be up north for a few more weeks, thanks Jim!
The book library will be open, so if you need to return a book don’t forget to bring it with you.
Light snack and beverage will be served for break.
Hoping for a good in person turnout this season; get out of the house, arrange some car pools if needed, and on with our craft!
