CJWA Summer Picnic, Saturday, Aug. 13

Bill Woodard has been incredibly kind enough to host this year’s CJWA club family picnic for the second year in a row. The date is Saturday, August 13 from 1 to 5PM, with a rain date the next day, Sunday, August 14. Families and kids are not only welcomed but encouraged.
The club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs, soda, paper goods and cups. If everyone planning to attend would bring a side dish or dessert similar to what we did for our Holiday Party, no one will leave hungry. In order to get an idea of how many burgers and soda to buy, please RSVP to Marc Gaertner with how many are coming and what you are planning on bringing. This way we can avoid excessive duplication of items, although I think that an excess of desserts is never a problem. It would be also be helpful if people can bring additional chairs.
