• Next left is East Lawn drive.

April Meeting

For the April 12th meeting, our speaker will be our current club president Matt Kestenbaum. http://mkestenbaum.com/ He will be presenting a dining room sideboard recently completed. His presentation will cover working with figured maple, handling large drawers, mitered door frames, tapered legs and more. Below are a few pictures of the finished sideboard.

We will also have Ray Wendrzycki with a recap of February’s 2017 Somerset Woodworking Show.

 

March meeting

For the March 8th meeting, our speaker will be Greg Pilotti. He is a recent graduate of Thaddeus Stevens Cabinet Making Program. In 2013 Greg founded Greg Pilotti Furniture Makers, a custom furniture shop in Chester County, PA. 

Greg’s talk will be about the process of starting his own Cabinetmaking Business. It should be very interesting. Hope to see everyone there,

January Meeting

For the January meeting, club member Paul Steffen will give a presentation and demonstrate vacuum veneer pressing and bent lamination forming. He will go into detail, about the process and what is involved to be successful. If you ever thought about giving this process a try, this talk will be a excellent start.

November Meeting

For our November meeting, Matt Greco will demonstrate how to photograph your projects.
